Employee SMS Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026. This notice covers the employee text messaging program operated by SURETY Security LLC.

Information used

To run the program, SURETY and its service providers use employee names and mobile numbers, consent and opt-out records, message content, delivery status, and information needed to respond to support requests. The officer QR kit service may also record kit opens and QR or review-link clicks associated with an officer’s card. A click does not establish that a customer posted a review.

How it is used

We use this information to send opted-in work notices, coordinate shifts and sites, provide employee resources and QR kit links, handle replies and resends, honor opt-outs, and maintain consent records. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers and mobile data

Overtime Labs and Twilio process mobile information needed to operate this employee messaging program on SURETY’s behalf. SURETY does not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data. SURETY shares mobile numbers and SMS consent data only with service providers needed to deliver and support this program. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Access and retention

Access is limited to people and service providers who support the program. SURETY keeps consent and messaging records as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs, respond to support requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices and contact

Read the Employee SMS Terms. This notice applies to the employee SMS program; a customer’s decision to leave a Google review is governed by Google’s own policies.
