How does HOA patrol work — does the HOA board contract directly with you?
Yes. We contract directly with HOA boards or their property management companies. We work with your board to define patrol routes, coverage hours, enforcement scope, and reporting formats. Monthly patrol logs and incident reports are provided to the board on a schedule the board defines.
Can you provide armed patrol for a residential community?
Yes. We currently hold an active armed patrol contract with a master-planned community in Pierce County. Armed residential patrol through our PROSTASIA division is appropriate for communities with documented crime issues, high-profile or high-value neighborhoods, or HOA boards that have determined an armed presence is warranted based on risk assessment.
What can your officers actually enforce in a residential community?
The scope of enforcement is defined in your post orders and HOA governing documents. Generally our officers can enforce parking rules, remove trespassers, respond to disturbances, document violations, and contact law enforcement when appropriate. We work closely with your property manager or board to ensure officers understand exactly what authority they have within your community.
