Yes, though earlier is always better. For most events in the Seattle metro area we can accommodate requests with 5–7 days notice. For larger events or specialized requirements, 2–3 weeks is ideal. How many guards do I need for my event?
The right staffing level depends on your event size, venue layout, alcohol service, guest profile, and local permit requirements. As a general benchmark, many event organizers plan for 1 officer per 75–100 guests for standard events, with additional coverage at entry points, bars, and parking areas. We'll walk through your specific event and recommend the appropriate level during your free assessment.
