Absolutely — multi-location programs are a core part of what we do. We currently manage security across numerous retail locations spanning King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Thurston counties under unified contracts, with consistent guard standards and centralized reporting for each client.
What's the difference between uniformed and plainclothes LP officers?
Uniformed officers provide visible deterrence — their presence alone reduces opportunistic theft significantly. Plainclothes officers blend with customers, observe behavior, and catch active shoplifters. Most retailers benefit from both: uniformed at entrances for deterrence, plainclothes on the floor for detection. We'll recommend the right mix for your layout and theft profile.
Do you handle seasonal staffing increases for the holidays?
Yes. We plan ahead for peak retail seasons and offer surge staffing from Black Friday through New Year's, back-to-school periods, and other high-volume windows. We recommend planning 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure adequate officer availability and site orientation time.
