Are you able to work within government procurement and contracting requirements?
Yes. Our public-sector experience includes procurement documentation, insurance certificate requirements, compliance reporting and site-specific post orders. We identify the contracting entity and provide its relevant credentials during procurement. SURETY’s MBE/DBE certification can support applicable supplier-diversity requirements.
Can you provide armed coverage for a public-facing government office?
Yes. Armed coverage for government facilities is provided through our PROSTASIA division. We currently deploy armed officers at multiple public-facing state agency offices across Washington. All armed officers hold Washington State armed security guard licenses and meet all applicable state and federal requirements.
Do your officers have experience in behavioral health environments?
Yes. Our officers have experience in behavioral health and social services settings. We emphasize calm communication, respectful de-escalation, and coordination with staff to support a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
