Every Surety Security officer must have prior security industry experience before joining our team. All officers are CPR certified. Armed officers through Prostasia undergo enhanced screening beyond standard requirements. We don't hire entry-level guards and put them on client sites — the quality of our officer pool is the foundation of our reputation.

Yes — de-escalation is a core competency for all Surety Security and Prostasia officers.
