Are your officers trained for behavioral health environments specifically?
Yes. Officers deployed in behavioral health and social services settings go through additional training in verbal de-escalation, crisis communication, and recognizing behavioral health indicators. We currently staff multiple behavioral health and social services facilities across Western Washington, giving our officers real-world experience that classroom training alone cannot replicate.
Can you provide armed security for a hospital or clinic?
Yes. Armed healthcare security is provided through our PROSTASIA division. We assess each healthcare environment individually and recommend armed versus unarmed coverage based on your facility's specific acuity, incident history, and risk profile. Armed officers are deployed where clinical and administrative leadership determine the threat level warrants it.
How do your officers handle patient privacy (HIPAA)?
Our officers operate with awareness of HIPAA requirements in healthcare environments — they do not access, document, or share patient information and are briefed on privacy expectations during site orientation. Security incident documentation is limited to security-relevant information and does not contain protected health information.
