Employee SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective October 20, 2026. These terms cover work-related text messages sent by SURETY Security LLC to employees who have opted in.

What messages you may receive

Messages may include shift schedules and assignments, traffic or site notices, supervisor instructions, training and work resources, officer QR kit links, onboarding or administrative reminders, and replies or resends you request. This program is for SURETY employees, not customer marketing. Message frequency varies with operational needs.

Your choice and costs

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. You can ask your supervisor for another way to receive work information. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable; do not use this number for emergency dispatch.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to opt out of texts from this number. You may receive a final confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact the SMS program support team at michael@overtimelabs.com or (206) 787-2713. If you later choose to receive texts again, reply START or contact your supervisor to update your consent.

Officer QR kits

An officer QR kit link is a work resource. After completing service, you may offer its QR card to a customer as an optional way to leave honest feedback. Do not require or reward a review. Do not post a private kit-management link publicly.
